Ka Hale A Ke Ola Homeless Resource Centers, Inc. (KHAKO) is looking for full-time Cook/Kitchen Worker for our Wailuku shelter. The ideal candidate will be able to work under the direction of the Food Services Manager to coordinate and prepare nutritious meals daily for shelter participants. Must possess broad working knowledge of cooking methods, food preparation techniques, and safety and health regulation, have strong verbal and written skills, have basic computer skills, be able to lift or move up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Qualification(s): High School Diploma or Equivalent; One (1) year experience working in food services; Current TB Clearance; Valid Driver’s License.
