Ka Hale A Ke Ola Homeless Resource Centers, Inc. (KHAKO) is soliciting qualified architectural and engineering (A&E) firms to provide professional services associated with the development, repair, and restoration of facilities impacted by the August 2023 Maui Wildfires (FEMA Disaster DR-4724-HI).

This procurement will support the recovery and improvement of residential and public facilities at KHAKO properties on Maui, including the Westside Campus destroyed during the wildfires. KHAKO intends to award a contract to one qualified Respondent and reserves the right to make multiple selections if needed to fulfill the intended scope of work.

The deadline for submission is October 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM HST.
